1. Ensure the signature Cheval Blanc welcome in guest rooms, executing special requests made prior to arrival.
2. Assist in the preparation of welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP amenities.
3. Refresh VIP F&B offerings throughout the stay and ensure quality control.
4. Coordinate guest requests and provide comprehensive follow-up.
5. Promote hotel services including dining, spa, and excursions.
6. Anticipate guest needs and offer sincere, targeted assistance.
7. Adhere to Cheval Blanc service protocols and promote signature experiences.
8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while fostering excellent guest relations.
