1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department.
2. Coordinate and oversee the work of housekeeping staff, including housekeepers, room attendants, and laundry personnel.
3. Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
4. Maintain inventory of supplies and manage stock levels.
5. Uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and strive for excellence in service delivery.

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within the hospitality industry.
3. Proficiency in client relations and team management.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

3. Proficiency in Micros, Microsoft Office Suite, and Opera Cloud.
