1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, sharing its 240-year legacy with clients.
2. Deliver an exceptional Chaumet Experience through warm and luxurious client interactions.
3. Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
4. Engage clients emotionally, enhancing their journey through the world of Chaumet.
5. Contribute to the boutique's commercial development by acquiring and retaining clients.
6. Achieve personal sales targets to support the boutique's overall objectives.
7. Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, expanding the client base.
8. Participate in clienteling activities, including event invitations and VIP client preparations.
9. Ensure seamless store operations and contribute actively to the store's life.
10. Participate in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
11. Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring security and stock management procedures are followed.
12. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sector.
2. Demonstrated commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals and challenges.
