1. Input and update product data: Enrich product records with precise and comprehensive information (descriptions, technical specifications) across various systems.
2. Quality control of data: Verify the coherence, accuracy, and reliability of product data and digital assets (images, videos) to ensure their integrity and compliance with specifications.
3. Manage digital assets: Organize and classify digital assets within the DAM Bynder.
4. Interdepartmental collaboration: Facilitate or participate in workshops with teams from other departments.
5. Adhere to standards and procedures: Apply Chaumet's data management guidelines and best practices. Propose optimizations for procedures and processes.
6. Assist Product Owner PIM & DAM: Onboard new users to the PIM and DAM, provide training and support. Conduct technological monitoring of these tools (review development roadmaps from vendors, identify opportunities for Chaumet).

1. Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+3) in Business, Engineering, or University studies.
2. Strong interest in information systems-related issues.

1. Meticulousness, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity, excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
2. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Experience with an ERP (ideally SAP), a PIM (ideally Akeneo), or a DAM (ideally Bynder) is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+3) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
