Chaumet Distribution Planner

- Develop and implement global distribution strategies for regional warehouses and retail stores.
- Establish stock policies and monitor in-store availability.
- Manage store and warehouse rebalancing efforts.
- Handle special distribution requests.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional correspondents.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including upstream and downstream flow management.
- Ensure impeccable internal and external customer service.
- Control stock coverage to manage obsolescence.
- Lead LVMHappening operations.
- Conduct detailed business analyses and assess the efficiency of the Distribution department.
- Continuously seek process innovations and team improvements.
- Consolidate data and establish effective KPIs.
- Participate in various internal and cross-departmental projects.
- Communicate monthly on KPI developments.
- Conduct weekly market issue follow-ups.
- Monitor pending customer orders.
- Manage consignment and employee sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain department.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
- Initiative, innovation, dynamism, leadership, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI.
A minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
