1. Recruit and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the sales staff, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Drive staff performance and oversee CRM reporting to enhance customer relationship management.
3. Facilitate people development through career committees, performance discussions, and training plans, fostering motivation and engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique, ensuring financial and stock procedures are adhered to.
6. Manage inventories, including annual, cycle, and spot counts, to maintain accuracy and reliability.
7. Implement and uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines to align with brand aesthetics.
8. Assist the Boutique Director in defining and implementing action plans to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
9. Monitor and control store expenses to ensure budget adherence and maximize profitability.
10. Utilize CRM systems to attract and retain clients, enhancing customer engagement.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
2. Expertise in High Jewellery sales and event management.
3. Strong educational background with a high level of cultural awareness.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
2. Strong sense of luxury customer service and aesthetics.
3. Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Leadership skills with strong interpersonal abilities and empathy.
