1. Drive the boutique's commercial performance and profitability by setting individual targets, monitoring results, and providing feedback.
2. Build and maintain customer loyalty while developing new clientele through specific in-store and external activities.
3. Lead by example in client relations across various communication platforms, including CRM, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
4. Promote knowledge of collections among the team, manage special orders and repairs in compliance with company procedures.
5. Motivate and coordinate the boutique team, fostering a strong team spirit and conducting daily meetings.
6. Serve as the primary HR contact for the team, managing recruitment, integration, performance assessment, and disciplinary processes.
7. Ensure the safety and security of the store, identifying potential risks to management.
8. Analyze boutique KPIs, develop annual action plans, and report on business development.
9. Stay informed on competition and major trends, ensuring the boutique's visual identity and overseeing IT tool functionality.
10. Protect and monitor company stock.
11. Promote the boutique and the Maison's image internally and externally, attracting VIPs and organizing events to drive commercial results and visibility.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in team management.

A minimum of 10 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
