1. Assist in the creation of Operations KPIs to measure overall performance across various departments.
2. Inventory, map, and document data used by the department with the support of data BI consultants.
3. Propose and construct a comprehensive Operations dashboard and metrics.
4. Analyze KPIs and consolidate a global presentation report.
5. Document indicators and processes to ensure sustainability of reports for contributors and users.
6. Contribute to the construction of CSR data to ensure compliance with vigilance duties and environmental management standards.
7. Inventory, map, and document CSR data in collaboration with Operations departments.
8. Propose models to manage, organize, and standardize data.
9. Clean and structure existing data, ensuring reliability of future data collection.
10. Identify essential data quality criteria and relevant KPIs, consolidating a global report.
11. Document and share indicators and developments with key internal users.
12. Support the development of a 'marketplace' for operations data and conduct ad-hoc research as needed.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
2. Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
3. Curious, dynamic, and adaptable.
4. Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and understanding of data flows.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent listening, communication, and simplification abilities.
4. Interest in the luxury sector and data management.
