1. Assist in onboarding new team members within the Information Systems Department, including updating onboarding kits and presenting organizational structures and project governance templates.
2. Consolidate project status reports for monthly reporting across the Information Systems Department.
3. Support the coordination of omnichannel projects, aiding Project Managers in e-commerce and client domain activities.
4. Facilitate project milestone tracking, adherence to timelines, and agile project management fundamentals.
5. Support change management initiatives, including daily meetings, sprint planning, and agile tool usage such as JIRA and Confluence.
6. Ensure project documentation and knowledge capitalization for secure end-to-end project management and operational support.
7. Centralize and share documentation using internal tools like Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
8. Communicate standards, developments, and best practices in project governance and management across the department.
9. Act as a facilitator within the omnichannel community, ensuring adherence to defined governance and supporting meeting preparations and follow-ups.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on IT Project Management or Transformation.
2. Ability to integrate into the IT team and interact with various stakeholders on diverse topics.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal business teams and external partners.
