1. Lead and manage a boutique team, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives and boutique goals.
2. Supervise, train, and coach team members to achieve high levels of product expertise and customer service excellence.
3. Conduct team briefings and participate in talent recruitment and personalized integration programs.
4. Define and monitor individual skill development plans for team members.
5. Oversee sales performance to ensure achievement of targets and implement business development strategies.
6. Manage team schedules and floor zoning to ensure optimal boutique operations and customer experience.
7. Ensure adherence to procedures and optimize the use of available tools.
8. Efficiently manage inventory and control processes to anticipate and minimize discrepancies.
9. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an inviting and orderly boutique environment.
10. Create personalized customer experiences and foster long-term client relationships.
11. Collaborate with department store management and represent Chanel at internal and external events.
