1. Manage data in SAP, including vendors, customers, and fixed assets master data.
2. Participate in production planning meetings to anticipate costing requirements and update costs in SAP for each SKU.
3. Monitor monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate management of inventory accounts and analyzing bulk wine operations.
4. Analyze non-recurring costs and ensure proper SAP booking and reporting in Topaz.
5. Oversee fixed assets follow-up and manage capital expenditures within the BP&A team, including forecasting investments and cash-flow management.
6. Assist in setting standard costs and analyzing production orders, identifying variances versus standard cost.
7. Deliver month-end bulk wine inventory reconciliation and assist in sales and cost of goods sold reconciliation.
8. Update Capex Masterfile and perform fixed assets reconciliation.
9. Ensure creation and maintenance of vendor master data and support accounts payables process optimization.
10. Create and maintain fixed assets master data in SAP and local capex master database.
11. Assist in preparing the capex budget process and calculate depreciations.

1. Master's degree in Finance or equivalent college degree.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Good knowledge of company practices.

1. Proficiency in managing complex data and communicating results.
2. Forecasting outcomes and knowledge of accounting principles.
3. Familiarity with SAP FICO module.
4. Business acumen, diplomacy, and integrity.
