Finance Business Controller

- Prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including sales, cost centers, and profit and loss statements.
- Manage data retrieval and uploads in SAP and other transaction systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the Business Planning & Analysis team by analyzing variances and developing actionable insights.
- Coordinate the forecasting process, consolidating data for cost centers and other financial items.
- Enhance performance analysis for Direct to Consumer business, developing metrics and participating in system implementation sessions.
- Ensure accurate pricing and maintenance of saleable items within SAP and DTC systems.
- Drive continuous process improvements and perform ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in finance, with exposure to financial statements preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP (CO-FI), Power BI, and budgeting processes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and communicate results effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
At least one year of professional experience in finance is required, with a preference for candidates who have dealt with financial statements.
Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
