1. Submit editorial and VIP dressing requests to Paris headquarters for daily approval.
2. Lead communication with stylist assistants regarding sample send-outs and returns.
3. Maintain image inventory of London-based VIP samples and compile dressing proposal PDFs for stylists.
4. Utilize Launch Metrics platform to input new VIP samples and track send-outs.
5. Oversee packing of all samples entering and leaving the showroom.
6. Coordinate messenger services for sample pick-up and drop-off with stylists and VIPs.
7. Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, including vendor contact, proforma invoice preparation, and delivery tracking.
8. Monitor photo agencies and social media for images of celebrities wearing brand products.
9. Maintain and update regional VIP announcement media list.
10. Manage logistics for seasonal gifting initiatives, including gift wrapping and shipping.
11. Coordinate monthly birthday gifts, including calligraphed notes and florist arrangements.
12. Manage logistics for show invitations and gifts.
13. Research rising talent in entertainment and music industries for potential collaborations.
14. Compile monthly reports on emerging talent for the VIP Manager.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launch Metrics is a plus.
2. Extremely detail-oriented with an organized work approach.
3. Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
4. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a small team environment.
5. Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth in a collaborative setting.
6. Passion for the luxury fashion and celebrity/entertainment industries.
7. Strong interest in the music industry.
8. Understanding of the confidential nature of the department.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or entertainment industry.
