1. Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager, in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and/or Team Manager.
2. Ensure client experience is prioritized and processes are client-service oriented.
3. Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and operational efficiency.
4. Act as project lead for operational projects, providing support during launches.
5. Deliver stock optimization analysis, reporting, and forward planning.
6. Ensure client data is captured and qualitative, providing solutions where necessary.
7. Manage Health and Safety compliance in line with company policies.
8. Monitor P&L aspects to reduce costs and enhance store efficiency.
9. Oversee store facilities management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Strong team player with self-motivation.
3. Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
4. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
5. Demonstrable commercial acumen.
6. Passion for customer service and sales focus.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
8. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
9. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
10. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
11. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

$90,000 to $105,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
