1. Oversee the global communication and marketing calendar, including corporate, communication, retail events, and merchandising highlights.
2. Lead strategic planning by analyzing brand insights and competitive studies to enhance brand equity.
3. Translate communication strategies into actionable projects, structuring communication budgets and priorities.
4. Align communication and marketing teams on shared objectives and ensure the deployment of project tools.
5. Strategically plan and manage projects, defining objectives and budgets, and ensuring project progress and deliverables.
6. Coordinate internal communications for each project, including video and email presentations.
7. Consolidate communication briefs to develop comprehensive 360° project leads.
8. Manage the shooting process, product selection, and ensure overall renderings meet brand standards.
9. Gather and adapt regional priorities and content requirements, ensuring adherence to wording and image guidelines.
10. Conduct final project debriefs, evaluating global outcomes and key performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and management.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in professional English.
5. Ability to manage and align cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 10 years in strategic planning and management, preferably with experience in team leadership.
