1. Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Develop and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
4. Facilitate recruitment, induction, and retention of staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
5. Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and enhance client relationships through clienteling.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising standards.
7. Manage payroll and ensure timely submission of timesheets.
8. Handle personnel matters, including hiring and termination, with HR approval.
9. Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate offices.
10. Adhere to grooming and styling standards, ensuring a pristine store appearance.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.

$125,000 - $141,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
