1. Record all internal stock transfers accurately and resolve any discrepancies.
2. Ensure proper boxing, labeling, and storage of products in the stockroom, and maintain display items to minimize damage.
3. Transfer stock between stores as needed.
4. Complete all processes thoroughly and organize relevant paperwork.
5. Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage has occurred.
6. Maintain product replenishment on the shop floor.
7. Conduct weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes, reporting findings to the line manager and financial coordinator.
8. Resolve stock discrepancies by locating missing products and verifying stock movements.
9. Manage e-commerce sales pick and pack operations.
10. Handle e-commerce sales returns and update sales sheets daily.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in stock management within a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
2. Experience in e-commerce operations.

3. Proactive problem-solving skills.
4. Commitment to achieving targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a CELINE brand ambassador.
6. Understanding of retail KPIs.
7. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in stock management within a fashion environment, preferably luxury, with experience in e-commerce.
