1. Support the Social Development team in addressing HR inquiries from HQ and Retail, providing concrete solutions.
2. Assist HR Managers in implementing disciplinary and termination procedures, including dossier preparation, interview frameworks, and correspondence drafting.
3. Aid in organizing employee representative meetings and preparing necessary materials.
4. Participate in cross-functional HR projects related to workplace health and safety, CSR, and working hours.
5. Monitor social legal developments and contribute to the 'Défi’légal' newsletter, providing insights on legal updates and practices.
6. Ensure the HR Book is up-to-date and propose content improvements for continuous enhancement.
7. Maintain existing social indicators and reporting.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or enrolled as a trainee lawyer seeking a PPI internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Demonstrated rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
3. Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Excellent writing skills.
6. Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
