1. Achieve sales goals as established by headquarters.
2. Motivate and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
3. Utilize client relationship resources effectively to provide elevated service.
4. Assist sales associates with customer service issues, empowering them to make decisions for optimal service.
5. Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and POS system utilization.
6. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to maintain merchandising standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
7. Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
8. Supervise the team, enforce company policies, and identify training needs in collaboration with the store manager.

1. 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

College degree or equivalent.

$27-30 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
