- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development, focusing on the Middle East market.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Experience managing digital learning apps and mobile learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data from mystery shopping and VOC sources.
Minimum of 5 years in retail training and development, with a focus on the Middle East market.
