1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, offering proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in inventory preparation and completion, including cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in inventory reconciliation processes.
11. Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
12. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise and manage delivery processes.
14. Document client deliveries, track and locate merchandise as necessary.
15. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

6. Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, ideally within a luxury brand environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

$21 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
