1. Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies for the Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear categories in North America.
2. Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform product selection and inventory management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and CRM to optimize product presentation and sales.
4. Lead buying sessions in Paris, ensuring alignment with central merchandising strategies.
5. Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to enhance growth opportunities.
6. Manage and develop merchandising team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
7. Liaise with regional directors and omnichannel teams to ensure category priorities are met across all sales channels.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 4 years of North American market retail buying experience.
3. 6-9 years of luxury buying experience with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.
4. 3 years of management experience in merchandising.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

2. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Analytical skills with expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and v-look-up.
4. Strong product sensibility and knowledge of competitive trends.
5. Ability to travel frequently, including international travel to Paris.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion buying, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear and management experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising or equivalent experience.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
