1. Draft, negotiate, and manage letters of intent, promises, transfers, amendments, renewals, evictions, and terminations related to various occupancy agreements for retail, offices, and warehouses.
2. Negotiate, draft, and oversee contracts related to architecture, project management, general contracting, and millworkers; participate in insurance setup and claims management.
3. Assist in preparing condominium general assemblies, liaise with property managers, and engage with co-owners.
4. Organize and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
5. Negotiate, draft, and manage logistics, maintenance, security, and consultancy contracts related to real estate.
6. Update contract management tools, monitor contractual deadlines, and develop standard contracts and templates.
7. Provide operational support through drafting opinions, recommendations, training, and project support.
8. Manage pre-litigation and litigation related to real estate and commercial property management.

1. Master's degree in Real Estate Law or Business Law with a specialization in Real Estate Law.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
