1. Draft, negotiate, and manage letters of intent, promises, assignments, amendments, renewals, evictions, and terminations related to various occupancy agreements for retail, offices, and warehouses.
2. Negotiate, draft, and oversee architectural, project management, consortium, general contractor, and millworker contracts; manage insurance arrangements and claims.
3. Participate in the preparation of condominium general assemblies, liaise with property managers, boards, and owners.
4. Organize and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
5. Negotiate, draft, and manage logistics, maintenance, security, and consultancy contracts related to real estate.
6. Update contract management tools, track contractual deadlines, and develop standard contracts and templates.
7. Provide operational support through drafting opinions, recommendations, training, and project support.
8. Monitor pre-litigation and litigation related to real estate and commercial property management.

1. Master's degree in Real Estate Law or Business Law with a specialization in Real Estate Law.

4. Excellent writing skills and high sense of confidentiality and responsibility.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.

Master's degree in Real Estate Law or Business Law with a specialization in Real Estate Law.
