1. Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to CELINE's grooming and uniform standards.
2. Foster a positive and professional demeanor while demonstrating enthusiasm for CELINE's products.
3. Maintain open and constructive communication with team members.
4. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE's selling ceremony.
5. Expand the local client network and convert prospective clients.
6. Cultivate enduring client relationships by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
7. Capture and update relevant client information to enhance client retention and identify high-potential clients.
8. Maintain contact with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share product information.
9. Achieve individual and store sales targets, meeting all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
10. Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
11. Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about replenishment needs.
12. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed.
13. Ensure proficient use of POS systems and participate in inventory management.
14. Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of fashion and products.
2. Ability to exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Service-oriented with natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
