1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Strong sales focus and customer service orientation.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Proficiency in using various software programs.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

$23 - $27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
