Celine Client Advisor

- Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
- Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
- Drive the utilization of the client book and implement CRM strategies.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers and train the team on new products and merchandise.
- Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly rotating inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
- Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest ideas for development.
- Act as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand's spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales and/or customer service role within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- A taste for challenge and a strong team spirit.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; a third language is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years in sales and/or customer service role in the fashion or luxury sector.
