1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong client book preferred.
3. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.

1. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
2. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
3. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The hourly compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, dependent on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
