1. Assist the Product Owner team in drafting technical specifications and acceptance test criteria.
2. Ensure the quality of deliverables provided by the Seamless DEV factory.
3. Contribute to the monitoring of the Seamless backlog.
4. Support the current AMS L3 team in investigating the root causes of production incidents.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) in Computer Engineering.

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
2. Result-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
3. Proficient in Agile methodology principles.
4. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence tools.
5. Strong interest in Customer Experience.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic and high-excellence environment.
7. Capability to work and collaborate in an international and multicultural setting.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
9. Fluent in English.

Prior experience in project management using Agile methodology is advantageous.

Master's degree in Computer Engineering (Bac+5).
