Cartier Workshop Administrator

- Execute administrative tasks related to client services and stock maintenance, including repair registration, auditing, diagnosis, cost estimation, materials posting, parts delay management, billing, payment processing, transfers, and final invoicing.
- Manage logistics for inbound and outbound parcels, ensuring proper movement of products, coordinating courier pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintaining supplies for both domestic and international shipments.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cartier's brand and products to effectively convey the brand's heritage and values.
- Ensure compliance with Cartier's security and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold Cartier's image in all communications, whether in person, via email, or telephone.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in SAP or other customer service-related programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive and solutions-oriented attitude
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service or a related field with strong data processing skills is required.
