1. Contribute to the SCALE project by supporting the Transformation and Strategic Projects Directorate.
2. Facilitate the SCALE Community, including preparing monthly updates and organizing workshops.
3. Engage with the Business Project Owner community to ensure project advancement.
4. Assist in cross-functional workshops between Jewelry and Watchmaking divisions.
5. Support digital transformation efforts in collaboration with the Industrial Directorate's digital teams.
6. Rationalize digital governance structures and harmonize digital maturity matrices.
7. Develop indicators for digital maturity progress.
8. Participate in risk management process planning and updates.
9. Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Transformation team, such as team structuring and documentation formalization.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on project management, production management, industrial processes, or Lean methodologies.
2. Seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.

1. Proficient in project management tools.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
