Cartier Stock Administrator

1. Support the stock administration of the boutique, ensuring compliance with stock management policies.
2. Prepare banking and cash closing, ensuring all financial procedures are executed accurately.
3. Assist with stock deliveries and transfers, including quality control and managing consignments.
4. Prepare pieces for display, including price labeling and adjustments.
5. Support omni-channel orders from a stock perspective and implement brand policies.
6. Provide additional support in alternative locations as required.
7. Manage client orders and reservations within established policies.
8. Contribute to the organization and preparation of annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks.
9. Ensure adherence to policies related to stock inventory.

1. Experience in an administrative role with a strong aptitude for organization.
2. Experience in the luxury industry is preferred.

1. Strong command of IT systems and applications.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Knowledge of watchmaking, jewelry techniques, and Cartier products.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is beneficial.
5. Interpersonal skills, including empathy, self-confidence, and integrity.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
7. Professional appearance and attitude.
8. Fluency in English, both conversational and written.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the luxury industry, is required.
