1. Contribute to the definition and construction of the media strategy and annual guidelines.
2. Brief the media agency by collection/campaign and collaborate on media strategy.
3. Participate in campaign reporting to influence future strategies.
4. Monitor competitive activity and media trends/innovations.
5. Lead media coordination for assigned regions.
6. Support markets in deploying, optimizing, and implementing local media strategies.
7. Challenge and refine media and non-media proposals from subsidiaries.
8. Optimize and structure market coordination activities by proposing new processes and tracking tools.
9. Ensure the media agency's understanding of the Maison's media strategy and business challenges.
10. Ensure the quality of deliverables, including timing, data quality, and analysis.
11. Challenge local strategy and its application with the central agency and markets.
12. Collaborate with the Creative Communication team on media needs and challenges.
13. Define creative needs to meet annual media challenges stemming from the media strategy.
14. Establish creative briefs by campaigns/collections.

1. Proven experience in a media agency or with an advertiser.
2. Fluency in French and English.
