Cartier Sales Experience Manager

1. Lead business development by cultivating and enhancing client relationships through exceptional client interactions.
2. Drive the sales and service team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
3. Possess comprehensive knowledge of boutique operations and local market opportunities to implement proactive sales strategies.
4. Develop and execute client strategies to foster genuine relationships and increase business opportunities.
5. Collaborate with boutique leadership and team on CRM efforts, including client outreach and data management.
6. Facilitate networking activities for the boutique team and serve as a liaison for visiting stylists and press.
7. Develop strategies for prestige partnerships and VIP client engagement to enhance prestige sales.
8. Support sales and service teams in resolving escalated client issues to ensure optimal solutions.
9. Collaborate with boutique management, regional, and corporate partners to ensure boutique success.
10. Communicate and monitor individual and team KPIs with fellow boutique management.
11. Coordinate with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business needs.
12. Lead or delegate boutique projects, including inventory management and audit preparation.
13. Partner with the Operations Manager to optimize boutique operations and manage controllable expenses.
14. Prepare regular sales reports and analyses, providing qualitative insights for business development.
15. Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown as needed.
16. Motivate and support boutique staff through strategic brand initiatives and team meetings.
17. Educate and inspire the boutique team with Maison knowledge and industry insights.
18. Perform administrative and HR tasks, including commission checks, scheduling, and payroll management.
19. Actively recruit and maintain a talent pipeline, identifying training and coaching opportunities.
20. Lead performance management processes and propose development opportunities.
21. Uphold Cartier standards and create a positive boutique environment.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is advantageous.
2. 8-10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality.
3. Experience in managing direct reports is essential.
4. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel as needed.
5. Previous experience with SAP is preferred.

Expected salary range: $110,000 to $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
