1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and maintaining outstanding standards.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
11. Participate in special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
