1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure a successful audit.
12. Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $26 to $28 per hour, commission eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
