1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for clients.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, offering recommendations for exceptional client experiences.
5. Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate concerns to management as necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
12. Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general knowledge of timepiece movements.

College degree preferred.
