Cartier Regional Operations Intern

- Manage operations for Switzerland staff sales, serving as the primary contact for staff sales orders.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of orders across all product segments, including allocation, shipment, invoicing, and after-sales service.
- Develop and enhance reporting systems to monitor staff sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animation.
- Support operations and stock strategy by allocating stock based on merchandising recommendations or business needs.
- Work with Product Allocations Coordinators to improve processes.
- Monitor European distribution activities through daily, weekly, and monthly checks to optimize distribution.
- Perform necessary stock adjustments in line with Maison guidelines.
- Assist the team on specific topics and projects.
- Internship agreement is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of service and reactivity.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial, as well as expertise in the luxury retail industry.
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-centric luxury environment.
