Cartier Quality Project Manager

- Assist the Incoming Control Sector Manager and support control teams in developing and stabilizing service processes.
- Optimize the watch control flows between the Maison des Métiers d’Art and the Manufacture.
- Actively participate in the DMAIC phases: Design, Solution Implementation, Control, and Project Closure.
- Lead a Gage R&R test on attribute controls.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the incoming control sector.
- Guarantee the effective functioning of the team's Operational Performance Reviews (RPO) and evolve them as necessary.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives.
- Analyze data to participate in the revision of indicators: calculation methods, objectives, and creation of new indicators.
- Define and support the implementation of workstation audits.
- Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering with knowledge in quality or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as DMAIC.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Competency in Excel; familiarity with SAP and Ellistat is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach.
- Autonomous, proactive, and decisive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive, and a team player.
Minimum of 1 year in an industrial environment.
Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
