1. Support all communications activities within the Press Office.
2. Maintain and update the press contacts database for various media outlets.
3. Assist in distributing press information on new collections, product launches, and events.
4. Develop mini stories and online features.
5. Fulfill international and national press inquiries and image requests.
6. Provide support for specific press and celebrity events.
7. Compile digital press reviews of specific events.
8. Assist journalists, celebrities, and stylists with requests.
9. Draft letters, memos, reports, and press releases.
10. Assist with UK press photoshoots and celebrity dressing requests.
11. Organize meetings with stylists, journalists, and key friends of the house.
12. Support photoshoots and celebrity dressings.
13. Record Cartier press and organic social coverage for weekly reviews.
14. Maintain and organize the magazine collection.
15. Provide support with reporting and analysis, including DMR and press recaps.

1. Work experience in public relations and/or communications is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Previous experience in public relations or communications is beneficial.
