1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
5. Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
6. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
7. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
8. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
9. Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
10. Participate in special projects such as price changes and back-office support.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Computer and internet savvy, with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask with precision.
6. Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are advantageous.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
