Cartier Learning and Development Manager

1. Identify and analyze learning and development needs based on business goals and employee development requirements.
2. Assess training needs to enhance the customer experience.
3. Collaborate with the L&D Europe community to support business objectives and find synergies.
4. Manage the training budget effectively, aligning with strategic priorities.
5. Implement comprehensive training plans based on business and individual needs.
6. Design and deliver engaging programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, storytelling, and soft skills.
7. Manage logistics for training sessions to ensure cost-effective and impactful delivery.
8. Identify and select internal and external partners to enhance training program engagement.
9. Conduct in-class training sessions and support the CRC Trainer.
10. Support HRBP in building individual development plans with the CRC Community of Managers.
11. Evaluate training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
12. Monitor eLearning activities, track staff training, and report results regularly.
13. Follow up on individual development of team members in collaboration with HRBP and Head of CRC.
14. Review and recommend improvements to work practices, processes, and support systems.
15. Develop follow-up tools to ensure information retention and application.
16. Measure and track results to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement.
17. Embody, promote, and implement the L&D action plan.
18. Continuously expand knowledge of the markets and best practices.
19. Proactively develop L&D competencies.

1. 3-4 years of experience in the learning and development field.
2. Experience in coaching and training in an international environment.
3. Significant experience in an omnichannel environment or customer service.
4. Experience within the luxury industry is a plus.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.
