1. Contribute to the construction of the organizational progress plan and lead assigned projects.
2. Participate in the development of the progress plan based on strategic site orientations.
3. Manage project teams, scope, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
4. Ensure adherence to project commitments and communicate progress internally.
5. Collaborate with the production unit's planning service on joint projects.
6. Maintain and update dashboards and reporting related to performance indicators.
7. Respond to special order requests, including cost estimation and information dissemination.
8. Define and update production ranges and standards, ensuring cost accuracy in collaboration with financial control.

1. Degree from an engineering school.
