1. Oversee and implement innovative technologies across Cartier Horlogerie sites.
2. Deploy automation solutions, including robotics and cobotics, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3. Identify use cases and lead proof of concept (POC) initiatives for AI-assisted industrial vision solutions.
4. Conduct financial analyses (ROI) and develop machine specifications.
5. Benchmark and propose breakthrough technologies.
6. Support teams with change management challenges.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on generalist studies, research & innovation, or computer science.
2. Passionate about the horological industry.
