1. Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
2. Support employees throughout the employment lifecycle, offering information and assistance while ensuring compliance with policies and legal frameworks.
3. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
4. Guide HR operational procedures and ensure accurate HR administration using tools such as Emboarder, Workday, and SAP.
5. Administer the performance management process, assisting managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback provision.
6. Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans to address individual and team performance issues.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
8. Participate in candidate selection, including interviewing and assessment.
9. Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration of new employees.
10. Assist the European HR team with project management tasks, including meeting setup, document preparation, and information dissemination.

1. University degree or Federal Diploma as a Human Resources specialist or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a retail, regional, or HQ environment.
3. Mastery of common IT tools and ERP systems.
