1. Advise and support managers in managing team relations and navigating changes impacting employees.
2. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Define recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads and guide them through the recruitment process.
4. Monitor employee performance, focusing on integration and annual review processes.
5. Analyze turnover and absenteeism causes, propose improvement actions, and manage disciplinary situations.
6. Support employee professional development and manage internal mobility and development plans within Cartier and the Group.
7. Optimize and monitor compensation and recognition policies.
8. Coordinate administrative management of employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance in time management and document accuracy.
9. Participate in HR projects to strengthen company culture and engage in innovative cross-functional projects.

1. University degree or equivalent HR Specialist certification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale industrial environment.

1. Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SAP.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. Customer service orientation, discretion, and flexibility.
5. Ability to build trustful relationships and manage organizational transformations effectively.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, ideally within a large industrial setting.

University degree or equivalent HR Specialist certification.
