1. Advise and support managers in managing team relations and navigating organizational changes.
2. Define recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads and guide them through the recruitment process.

1. University degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large-scale watchmaking or industrial environment.

2. Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
3. Strong adherence to ethical principles and company values.
