1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 individuals in the Multibar Machining sector.
2. Oversee the production of links, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
3. Drive skill development and versatility within the team.
4. Support the EEF (Ensemble Excellence Futur) corporate project, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
5. Implement and manage continuous improvement projects.
6. Utilize performance indicators and IT tools to effectively communicate key information.
7. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

1. CFC or ES Technician Diploma in Microtechnology/Micromechanics.
2. Proven experience in team management, particularly in a technical support role.
