Cartier Events Intern

1. Assist the Event Team in executing Strategic Institutional and High Jewellery Events.
2. Collaborate with external suppliers to coordinate projects, deadlines, and schedules.
3. Manage guest lists for events such as Cartier Polo, Goodwood Style et Luxe, and Cartier Racing Awards.
4. Conduct research and compile monthly competitor documents.
5. Support gifting send outs and track their progress.
6. Update event budgets as directed by Event Managers.
7. Organize event debriefs and post-event reporting.
8. Perform administrative duties including arranging meetings, booking rooms, and note-taking.
9. Maintain filing systems and ensure event team folders are organized and updated.
10. Update the Rolling Events document after each event.
11. Handle SAP and invoicing processes.
12. Maintain and update the Events Contacts list.

Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred but not required.
