3. Develop technological solutions to meet business needs, utilizing web programming skills such as Python FastAPI and JavaScript.
4. Ensure the deployment of solutions by training employees and supporting change management with training and communication documents.
5. Utilize and format data from various sources (SQL Server, BigQuery) to construct relevant analytical reports.
6. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) using Looker to track team performance and deployed solutions.
7. Document technical solutions to ensure comprehensive understanding by stakeholders.
8. Monitor and communicate progress to report achievements to the Management Committee.
